The applied service braking pressure is adjusted by the II14588 - BR5615 Load Sensing Valve (Air) in accordance with the load placed on the axles of the vehicle. The load placed on the axles is "sensed" by the air suspension load sensing valve, which then determines the valve's braking ratio using the pressure in the air suspension bags.
